  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté diced chicken until golden brown (about 7-10 minutes), then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; cook until mushrooms are tender (5-7 minutes).
  4. In a baking dish, layer Alfredo sauce, no-boil noodles, half of the chicken mix, mozzarella cheese, and more sauce.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with noodles topped with remaining sauce and cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
