  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup canned enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another minute until fragrant.
