  • 1 cup diced Honeycrisp or Granny Smith apples
  • 1 cup sliced ripe pears
  • ½ cup toasted walnuts (about 2 oz)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (about 3 oz)
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Wash the mixed greens thoroughly and pat dry.
